Excellence location just a few minutes from BTS Nana Station. Number of entertainment and restaurant locations within half hour by walking. Room facility is suitable and big enough even for 2 persons' living

Terribly bad experience

I stayed at the hotel twice within 1 month. The first time everything was OK, if I ignore the bad sound insulation. The second time I had to leave the hotel 2 days early even though I had paid for the stay. On 19.2. I woke up after 3 hours all bitten, red spots all over my body. I went to the reception, it was approx. 5am, total disinterest. So I decided to find a taxi myself and go to a pharmacy that is open 24/7. Here they told me that I was probably bitten by a mite and gave me some medicine. At approximately 9am I went to the hospital just to be sure, where it was confirmed that it was probably a bite, I was given another recommendation. I informed the reception, complete lack of interest! In the afternoon I was really tired and I lay down and fell asleep for 30 minutes, I woke up bitten again! Since it was after 5pm and no one was addressing my situation, not even the daily room cleaning, I knew I had to do something to protect my health. I booked another hotel, packed my things, checked out at the reception. The receptionist asked me why I was leaving when I still had 2 days to pay and that I couldn't ask for a refund, I told her the whole story again, showed the places with bites on my body, almost no interest!!! Dear Hotel, I would expect that when you are in the Ascott network that you have some level, but you don't know what that level is. How should one react in such a situation? Offer another room, or perform a proper cleaning incl. change of bedding (at least), give a voucher for a drink, and a customer like me would also praise you for quickly solving the problem. But you behaved like total ignoramuses, you can have SHA and millions of certificates on your door, but that's just a show. The air conditioning was not very clean, there was mold in the shower, I didn't even want to deal with that, but your behavior made me do it. I am really disappointed with your attitude, I have not experienced this.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nana BTS, suitable for both leisure and business travelers seeking a comfortable base in the heart of Bangkok. It is also suitable for both short and long term stay. This is a modern serviced apartment with a range of amenities in prime location within the city. The hotel provides 24 hours Tuk Tuk Service that picks up guest from nearly main road to its location. I stayed in a 1-bedroom studio that has a very spacious living room with study area. The room also has pantry with microwave, induction cooker and fridge. There is a small coffee shop at level 1 and also becomes the breakfast area in the morning, they have both interior and outdoor seatings. There are facilities including gym, laundry and plunge pool at the roof top that enhance my stay and experience in the premise. i would recommend the space for a family or group friends who are looking for good spacious accommodation.

The Citadines on Soi 8 Sukhumvit is 'a cut above' many other places to stay, in the happening Klong Toei precinct in bustling Bangkok. It is close to all the action of the Nana entertainment zone, but not too close. My room was big, clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. My arrival, duration and departure experiences were plain sailing (see my YouTube), all the way, throughout my most enjoyable stay, at this super classy hotel.

I didn't expect that Citadines would be this good. At first, thought the hotel building should go along a road but it's inside, going into a small alley about 200 meters. But in fact it helps to stay away from the noise on the busy road in BKK. It has been designed to be serviced apartments so there are facilities that really serve all living purposes for such a long time.
